Retail and Business Uses
In March 2006 the Sawmill Cove Board began working with a group of downtown business owners to make changes to the Municipal Zoning Code regarding retail sales at the Industrial Park.
In August 2006, the Assembly enacted the revised zoning code. The provisions are shown in the following table:
