Light Industrial / Water Processing – LOTS 12 and 15 (Yellow)
Best use will be dependant on or related to Blue Lake water and/or proximity to a deep-water dock. These lots are available for long-term lease or purchase. These LOTS have been bundled and are being marketed as Section B.
Deepwater Bulkhead – LOT 9 (Blue)
These lands should remain open for public use through port management and/or tariffs and owned by either the City or a port authority. LOT 9 is available for development and is being marketed as Section C.
Administration Building - LOT 23, and LOT 13 (Purple)
This building is available for purchase or long-term lease. Office/research/laboratory space available now. Proposals welcome. Note: Grant funds spent on building may preclude an outright sale. LOT 13 is set aside for parking and other activities associated the Administration Building or other nearby development. These LOTS are available and being marketed as Section A.
Marine Services Waterfront – LOTS 4 and 8 (Orange)
Primarily, these lands should be open to the public through some type of tariff structure or short to mid-term leases that would provide public access. These lots are available for development. LOTS 4 & 8 have been bundled and are being marketed as Section D.
Marine Services Waterfront Access – LOTS 3, 6 and 7 (Orange)
Primarily, these lands should be open to the public through some type of tariff structure or short to mid-term leases that would provide public access. These lots are available for development. LOTS 3, 6 & 7 have been bundled and are being marketed as Section E.
Undesignated Parcels – LOT 16 (Turquoise)
These could be disposed of through long term lease or sale with conditions on use to encourage long term investment. LOT 16 is available and being marketed as Section F.
Undesignated Parcels – LOTS, 17 and 19 (Turquoise)
Lots 17 and 19 are available. Lot 18 has been selected by the City for the new UV water treatment plant.
Clarifying Tanks / CBS Utilities – (Green)
These lands needs to be surveyed and subdivided. Currently occupied by Fortress of the Bear and City Utilities.
Potential Rock Source – Block 3, Lot 3 (Tan)
This site has potential for development as a rock and gravel quarry. Proposals welcome.
This is an old landfill site. Proposals welcome.
Block 2, LOT 1 is available and being marketed as Section G.
Remaining Land – Block 2, Lot 1 (Bright Pink)
This is a sloping hillside parcel. Proposals welcome.
Block 2, LOT 1 is available and being marketed as Section H.
Bulk Water Pipeline - (black)
A large diameter bulk water pipeline runs from Blue Lake to the edge of Silver Bay.
The Board has reserved a corridor for a future vessel haul out, identified road and utility easements and arranged the site to minimize conflicts between different business classes.
